Sneaking A Little Fall Into Summer

Shirtdress: Side Stitch | Wedges: BCBGeneration | Earrings: Lonna & Lilly | Bracelets: Panacea |
Purse: Louis Vuitton (Similar Style) (Similar Style) | Lip Pencil: MAC in Staunchly Stylish | Lipstick: MAC in Kinda Sexy

Raise your hand if you're ready for the weather to cool down just a bit. Here in Southern California it has been pretty darn hot for the last couple of weeks, so personally I. Am. Ready. I may even be trying to will the weather to cool down by the purchases I have been making lately. It hasn't worked thus far, but I don't plan on giving up :)

After receiving these gorgeous fall transitional wedges in the mail, I decided to pair them with this perfect little shirtdress to make wearing "fall" clothing bearable in San Diego. This dress is super effortless and perfect for all day wear especially when paired with these COMFORTABLE wedges.

How are you handling your urge to dive head first into fall clothing?

I hope you all have a wonderful week!

Happy Birthday to Following the Blonde

I am extremely excited to announce the beginning of this new venture. I have been following blogs of all types for the past 7+ years and I have never quite gotten up the gumption to start one of my own. After tons of encouragement and convincing from my friends and family, I have officially decided to dive head first into the blogging world. I am so excited to share my life with those of you sweet enough to take an interest. It is my intention to have this blog primarily focused on fashion and lifestyle with a side of travel and interior design. I am by no means an expert on any of these topics, but I sure love to dabble so I am ecstatic to see where this blog leads.

For those that don't know me, click here to find out more about my little life. Thank you so much for stopping by to wish Following the Blonde a very happy birthday! I am excited to have each and every one of you along on this journey and I hope you stop by frequently to see how this blonde is doing.
