Happy To Be Home

Top: Mossimo | Scarf: BP | Jeans: BlankNYC | Shoes: Steve Madden | Lip Pencil: MAC (in Soar) | Lipstick: Lipstick (in Twig)

The last two or so months have been a bit hectic. We don't have anything official as far as travel plans go for a while now and I am really looking forward to being home and getting into a little more of a routine, especially when it comes to eating better and exercising. It is so easy to fall off the wagon when you are on "vacation" every other week. We really need to make a lifestyle change and I completely believe that those things take time to set in. Starting a diet or exercise program and then going on a vacation three weeks later is like taking one step forward and two steps back. Beyond that, we are the worst enablers ever. All we want is for each other to be happy and with that comes all of the not so healthy things that we want to eat. We have made a pact to enable each other in healthy ways for long term happiness. So here's to starting something new and encouraging.

I picked these shoes up the other day and they are perfect for this time of year as we start to transition into spring. They are also super comfortable thanks to the block heel. These pictures show how much more amazing these jeans are now that they have been hemmed. I am literally addicted to them. This scarf has great coloring for both these shoes and my favorite short tunic style top. This outfit will be worn far too much. It is just so easy to throw on especially on a day when you just feel like throwing your hair up in a bun.

I hope your day is as beautiful as you are!
